Saltwater Cooling Pumping using a Mag Drive Pump
The 66 GPM HTM 10 PP Magnetic Coupled centrifugal pump by Gemmecotti is a durable and efficient corrosion resistant pump made in
thermoplastic polypropylene material. It is coupled to a robust 1 HP, Single Phase, 110 Volt, Totally Enclosed, Fan Cooled NEMA motor. Our recommended pumping application for this pump is saltwater pumping and cooling applications such as:

The GHTM10PP-1-1SGL is also an ideal pump for circulation pumping applications where corrosive and dangerous fluids are used and any pump leakage is a concern.
The unique design of a Mag Drive pump eliminates any chance for pump leakage. The internal magnets are mounted to a rotor which is coupled directly to the pump impeller and are sealed from the atmosphere by a protective shroud. The outer magnets are attached to a rotor which is mounted on the motor drive shaft. The external magnets convey power to the internal magnets when the motor turns, through the protective shroud, which is stationary. Therefore, the pump is seal less and there is no chance of pump leakage making it ideal for corrosive or difficult pumping applications.
